Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Capturism Studio. This policy outlines how and when we ship the books and works available in our online store.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information where available.
Shipping destinations and delivery times
We currently ship worldwide, with a few exceptions. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- France: 2-3 business days
- European Union: 3-5 business days
- Rest of world: 5-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs
We offer a flat shipping rate of 8.99€ within France, 18.99€ within European Union.
In-store pickup (Click & Collect)
You may choose to collect your order free of charge at our flagship: Capturism Studio, 5 rue Mabillon, 75006 Paris. We will notify you by email when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation. Orders not collected within 30 days may be cancelled and refunded.
Customs, duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Packaging
Books and works are carefully packaged to protect them in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at info@capturism.com with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@capturism.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
